I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends

A great Beatles song also covered by Joe Cocker. The right hand fingering can be a bit tricky to play at full speed. In this video I’ve crossed over the thumb and index finger on the words ‘I sang’ half way through the first line (what would you do if I sang). I’m playing ‘If’ with the finger, ‘I’ with the thumb and ‘Sang’ with the finger again, you might find it easier to swap those around i.e. play ‘If’ with the thumb, ‘I’ with the finger and ‘Sang’ with the thumb. To play along with the original recording, put a capo on the 9th fret.
